All that glitters

Evening all!

I'm back as promised with another card, I put most of this together yesterday, but needed to wait for the glitter to dry before I could finish it off. I've spent this evening sourcing supplies for more wedding stationary, and inevitably a few things jumped into the basket for me....!!

Anyway, here is todays card:

I've used one of my favourite stamps "Sitting Chole" from Pink Gem and coloured her with Promarkers. The papers are from the Forever Friends Spring Time collection and the ribbon is papermania. I've used flowers from Wild Orchid and have used a liberal sprinkling of glamour dust!

I'm back at last! I mentioned on my last post that I wasn't very well- I'm still not 100% three weeks later! I've been poorly with a cough and a cold, then I started a new job and my carfting had to take a back seat for a while. Anyway, I'm back now and I have a card to share with you:

The stamp is from Pink Gem and is called Skateboard Andy- I've coloured him with Promarkers. The papers, brads and buttons are from Papermania and the ribbon is by Smirk.

Monday Blues

Morning everyone

I started to feel poorly last night, and now I feel dreadful! My throat has decided to close up and cause me imense pain if I dare to try and swallow.

Luckly I made this card yesterday and didn't get around to posting it:

I've made this card for the Passion for Promarkers inspirational photo challenge. I used papers from Papermania, the image is from Pink Gem, the sentiment is LOTV and the flowers are Wild Orchid. I'm also entering this into A Gem of a Challenge as I have used the challenge sketch.

I'm off to get back in bed and try to catch up on the sleep I missed out on last night.

I have another card to show you while I'm making the dinner. Over at A Spoonfull of Sugar they are holding an Inspirational Photo challenge. This is the photo:

I chose to use the colours from this photo for my card:

Puppy Love

Morning Bloggers!


Its very cold and blustery here in the middle of the UK, perfect weather for making excuses not to go out so I can stay in and craft! I seem to have heaps of challenges to catch up on, so here is my first card for today:

The image is a free digi from Sliekje Digi Stamps, the papers are from Country Companions, the sentiment is LOTV (these only came on Friday, so expect to see them alot!) and the ribbon and buttons are from The Ribbon Girl.

Spring Chloe

Hello friends

I've not been able to craft half as much as I would have liked today, as my Brother and his fiance came by to order their wedding stationary :) I've got evening invites, order of services and place cards coming out of my ears!! I'm going to be very very busy for the next few months!

But it hasn't stopped me having a play with my lovely new Pink Gem stamps:

The stamp is called "Spring Chloe" and I've coloured her with promarkers. The papers are from V&A, the ribbon is papermania, the flowers are from Wild Orchid and the sentiment is LOTV. I embossed the green paper with Cuttlebugs' 'Birds & Swirls' and created faux stitching with a white gel pen.

I'm entering this card into A Gem of a Challenge, where I have followed their sketch. I'll be back tomorrow as usual with some more cards.

Stampin for the Weekend Challenge 3 Valentines

Good Morning!

Its time for a new challenge over at Stampin for the Weekend and this time we are getting all loved up for Valentines!

We are sponsored this challenge by the wonderful Simon Says Stamp  who are very kindly offering the winner a $20 voucher to spend in store!

So here is my DT card:

I've used a free Digi stamp and sentiment that I found through Free Digital Stamps and coloured them with Promarkers.

The papers are from the papermania red hot capsule collection. The cardstock is coordinations. I used a nestie to cut the scalloped circle and embossed it. I then sanded it to expose the core. The ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl and the flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts.

Penny Black Cutie

Its fast approaching my favourite time of the week- The weekend! Its been a hard week so far, so tonight I tucked myself away in my craft room and had a play with some of my new goodies :)
